Here I am sharing few tips which I think have helped me notice a considerable difference in my weight loss during the past month. Hope these tips will help you

Eat Slowly

Eating slow will help you lose weight. Interesting right? The ghrelin hormone is suppressed after you every meal that leads to reduced appetite. Your brain gets signals after your meal, and that is when you start feeling full. This happens after 15 mins from your meal. Eating quickly may lead to overeating as your brain does not get enough time to receive signals from the fullness hormones.

Stand Up

Spend most of your day standing as it helps in burning your calories. This is a simple way to burn your calories and lose weight without heavy workouts. A research was conducted, and it was found that standing burns 0.15 calories/minute more than sitting. So imagine how many calories you can burn by standing without much effort. Spending around 5 hours in a day standing can make a significant calories burn in your body that improves weight loss.

Drink water before every meal

We all know that water suppresses our appetite. Drinking water before your meal can make you feel full, so you will not feel hunger or appetite, this can help you to have less food. Also, water does not contain any calories so you can replace food that contains more calories with water. Make sure to drink iced water as it requires more work for your body to warm up the water by which more calories can be burnt.

Avoid Sugar

It is tough decision food lovers need to make in case you seriously want to lose weight. Sugar contains empty calories, it is a carbohydrate and will gradually turn into fat and get stored in the body and add weight. In addition to this, eating sugar causes neurotransmitter response that will make us crave for it more.

Get Enough Sleep

In modern days people find it difficult to get enough sleep due to their busy schedules, travelling and sometimes may be due to depression or overthinking. Getting 7 hours of daily sleep is essential for a productive day. Sleep deprivation can cause hormonal changes that regulate appetite making a person feel more hungry and more likely to eat during the night, which results in excessive weight gain.

Do not forget to check your weight every day. People who check their weight daily are more likely to reduce weight than those who do not check weight regularly. There are many other tips you can follow in order to reduce your weight.
