It is necessary that you are satisfied with your skin, with your original skin. Here I am sharing few tips you need to follow to get a healthy skin. I promise, you need not take too much stress to get healthy skin.
Okay, seriously you need not sleep with your makeup, right? Spend 5 mins use a good cleanser and remove the make up you have been holding on the whole day. Wash your face and apply a moisturiser before you go to sleep. The makeup you put causes damage to your skin over time if you do not take proper precautions, this will help the harmful infections caused by cosmetics setting up a shop on your skin.
Drink plenty of water
Apart from having to pee every 2 mins, you don’t have any disadvantages in drinking more water. As you already know, drinking water helps cleanses the body from the inside. However, drinking too much water also leads to dehydration. It is always suggested to drink 2.5 -4 litres water a day. Lack f water leads to dehydration which results in early ageing and other skin problems
Sweating can help you maintain glowing skin. Sweat flushes out the impurities and the bacteria that settles on the skin. Also, sweating helps in cooling the skin surface and removing the toxins. Your skin will love you if you do some exercise daily and sweat or you can also use steam.
You are what you eat. You can not eat junk food all day and expect your skin to be glowing naturally. If you are having oily foods and extra fat foods, then get ready to welcome pigmentation and other unwanted guests. Get enough sleep
Many people do not pay much attention to their sleep timings maybe because they are not sure of hat harm it can cause to your health and sin as well. Sleep deprivation can develop wrinkles and make you look ten years older. No one wants to look older, at least among people whom I know. So make time for your self and get enough sleep.
